Cancellations and rescheduling is free of charge if you cancel 24 hours prior to appointment.

50% of the appointment cost will be charged if appointments are cancelled within 24 hours and/or the Booking Fee will not be refundable.

Full Payment cost may be required in the event of a no show appointment.
